At Hello Group we deliver a wide range of services. The successful delivery of these services is down to our thorough project process, which holds within it all the tools needed to reach our goal.

The core of the Hello process is the three phases: Think, Create and Evaluate. All our projects run through these phases and within each phase they make use of some of the many tools available.

The Think phase is where all initial planning, research and analysis comes in. The core of the work of the Information Architects is found in this phase and it is not till the IA’s hand over their work to the designers and developers that we move on to the next phase.

The Create phase is where pen is put to paper so to speak. Here the designers work with the information gathered in the Think phase and develop visualizations for the client to approve. After the visuals have been approved the development can begin, and the Create phase ends when a finished product is available to go Live.

The Evaluate phase is the final step in the process. Here we look at the outcome and see to the future to ensure that we have not only captured all of the requirements of today, but have ensured compliance with the requirements of tomorrow. The success of and further planning and development of a project is researched in the Evaluate phase.
