Miss Selfridge, part of the Arcadia Group wanted to redesign their online shop, in an attempt to entice a younger audience. Their challenge to us was that most of the Arcadia Group brands used the same backend system, meaning our hands were tied in regards to the placement of some site elements.

Working from their office I was able to observe the staff and on occasion customers and their attitude towards the product lines and how they combined clothes to form outfits gave great inspiration towards the end solution.

The end result was a classy and modern site that made the other Arcadia Group sites built on the same platform, pale in comparison.
