Coca Cola wanted to make something new and exiting out of the website, and wanted to make use of the advert campaigns they were running on tv at the time. The site needed to make excellent use of video, enable Coca Cola to continually update the site with competitions, and it had to look fresh.

Working with an ultra minimalistic site structure, making use of lightbox windows and rollover states, to not block the full screen video background, gave a solution that mirrored the exiting image Coca Cola wanted to express.

The end result is still in use four years on and still holds it’s own against todays sites. The site is easy to update by Coca Cola, and due to the video background, a simple video change, changes the whole identity of the site.
