With over 7.000 members, Slankedoktor was already a well used service when Aller Media came to us looking for a redesign. New offerings on the Danish market ment that Slankedoktor had to reinvent itself should it wish to stay in the game. This is where we came in.
Using concept models we captured all the wants and needs of potential and existing members, and ensured that these needs would be met by the proposed product. Personas were generated to ensure that, as we proceeded with the process, we would not lose sight of the goal, the wants and needs of the members.
With a fully clickable prototype we were able to illustrate exactly how each functionality would work for the members and thereby ensured that as we went into development, everything would already have been thought through.
