The Premier League season visualisation is the first of hopefully many similar visualisations that will be added to the site at the end of each season.

The concept for the visualisation was to show the noticeable difference between the top of the Premier League and the bottom in terms of goals scored and conceded, while also visualising how important home games appear to be to the individual clubs.

Of course the visualisation will never give a complete picture of what the season was like. Take Wigan for instance, it would appear that they had a horrid time this season, and one can argue that they did. However it should be noted that they conceded 10+ goals in two games that was anything but ordinary.
